White Oaks Elementary is a K-5 elementary school located in the Kempsville Borough of Virginia Beach, VA.

White Oaks Elementary serves students in the communities of Chimney Hill, Midway Manor, Timberlake, Princess Anne Garden, and the newly built Towne Square.

White Oaks Elementary School’s community partners include:

Naval Dental Center, CiCi’s Pizza, Seven Eleven, Salem HS ROTC, Kempsville Skating Center,
Parent Teacher Association, Max and Erma’s, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Landstown HS ROTC, VA Marine Science Museum, Chick-fil-A, Dare Officers, WaWa, First Colonial HS ROTC, Farm Fresh,
Walmart, Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Cold Stone Creamery .

Students at White Oaks Elementary have the opportunity to participate in a variety of programs.
The programs include:

Chorus, SCA, PE Helpers, Spike’s Club (after-school tutoring), Safety Patrols,
Strings, Newspaper Staff, Student Host, Dynamic Duo (Mentoring Program), Spanish Club, CROME Club, 3rd Grade Chew and Chat Book Club, 2nd Grade Book Club, 4th Grade Lunch Bunch Book Club, Library Pages, Daily Dragon Update Morning Show.

White Oaks Elementary is Fully Accredited and has made AYP (Annual Yearly Progress).

White Oaks Elementary is a school-wide Title I school.
